Teach you how to use Bathmate

Step 1: Warm-up Massage

Can be used in the bath, shower or in the air. Warm up by massaging the genital area to relax the skin and create laxity. Form an "ok" grip and gently slide the grip along the root to the glans, repeating 5 times.

Step 2: Fill the Trainer with Water

To warm up, press the black dot on the end of the trainer with your finger to close the valve. Keeping the tube compressed, fill the trainer with water. If necessary, top off with water to ensure the trainer is as full as possible.

Step 3: Create a Vacuum

Insert the slack and press the water trainer against your body to create a comfortable seal. Make sure the testicles are positioned outside the trainer and retain as much water as possible in the trainer. Once the trainer is properly seated, gently pull the trainer towards the body to create a vacuum. Continue to feed the trainer until the maximum comfortable and safe pressure is reached.

Step 4: Train for 3 minutes

Use the trainer and repeat squeezing pressure for 3 minutes, do not continue squeezing if you have already squeezed to the maximum vacuum. Continue your bath or shower at the same time.
